Cancellations and Refunds: Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations; other guests are turned away when you agree to rent a room. Thus, our fair payment policy is that 50% of rental (minimum one-night charge) is due when your rental is made. The balance is due at the end of your stay or rental agreement. We issue refunds only if you cancel 7 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date or if your room rental dates are re-rented.
