Brianna Duba , Massage Practitioner; is available by appointment Wednesday through Saturday at Triple B Health & Fitness. For your convenience she will come to Munro Manor for an additional $10 traveling fee. Brianna offers the following massages:

Relaxation Massage: Slow soothing massage strokes; relaxes muscles gradually releasing muscular tension.
Deep Tissue Massage: A firm massage that relieves chronic problems by breaking up scar tissue and returns the body to normal function.
Hot Stone Massage: This type of massage uses heated stones to relax and work deep in your muscles. This is great for your bodies' release of toxins during perspiration. The use of heat also improves blood circulation. (Hot Stone Massage not available at Munro Manor)
Pregnancy Massage: The use of therapeutic bodywork focuses on the physiological, structural, and emotional well being of the mother and baby. Some benefits are relaxation, decreased insomnia, reduced swelling, stress relief in joints, and pain relief.
